Sleep is your biggest and best recovery tool.

And I’m not limiting this to just fitness training, I’m talking about human efficiency in all aspects of life.

While I’m not a big podcast listener, I do pay attention to my friends that are, especially if they mention a Joe Rogan episode that has an interesting guest.

This one is mindblowing.

Joe speaks to Matthew Walker, a Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, and Founder and Director of the Center for Human Sleep Science.

Matthew speaks very clearly about the very complex phenomenon we merely refer to as sleep, don’t worry, you won’t get overwhelmed with science, but you you may just learn to appreciate the value of sleep that little bit more.
