Personal Training puts you in the driving seat, by telling us your training preferences and your training goals, it allows us to design a programme that is specific to you. We also believe that there is no need to any more than an hour 3 times per week training, sometimes less is more and I’ve had many clients get great results from only 20 minutes work (not including warm up and cool down)
Personal Training is based on you and your goals. If your goal is to lose 1/2 a stone in time for a wedding or to gain 1/2 a stone of muscle during the off season, you will obviously require a specific programme and diet recommendations to help ensure you hit your targets. Plus I will be there with you encouraging and pushing you to perform optimally.

Based on your goals and timeframe, we will:
- Design your programme
- Teach you the exercises
- Ensure your technique is good and your form strong
- We will be beside you for the first few workouts to ensure you are on track, and then if you like, we can leave you to it
- After 4-6 weeks we will bring you back in for a review, to check your progress and see what changes need to be made. The body will eventually adapt to any given programme, so we will rewrite your routines in order to get the best from you
- We will encourage you to work to your level, be you a beginner or an elite athlete, personal training means just that, personalised.
Should you prefer training with Body weight, Barbells, Dumbbells, or Kettlebells, training for size, strength, conditioning or weight loss, we can provide the tools and information for you.
You may train at our Dublin city centre location, The Wild Geese house of Strength on Pearse st, your home/venue/club or if the weather permits (and even if it doesn’t!!) a local park.
Our base Personal Training rate is €50/hr
For Semi Private and Small Groups rates can be negotiated according to the group size and dynamic.
Obviously with some programmes, particularly with kettlebell conditioning routines an hour isn’t necessary. You will only be charged accordingly.
