Online training allows you to train wherever and whenever you want, it gives you all the benefits of personalised programme design without the cost of hiring me 1 on 1.

 

It means you don’t have to join a gym, no more waiting around to use equipment, no more over inflated monthly fee’s.

If you don’t have the time or simply don’t like gyms, maybe a personal trainer costs a little too much (€50/hr can be a lot, especially for house calls when they add on travelling expenses!).

This where our online service comes in.

You contact us with your goals and ambitions, we will send out a questionnaire for you to fill with info on your lifestyle, time constraints, equipment, goals, diet etc. From this info we design a training programme that is tailored to you.

It doesn’t matter if you plan to train at home, in the park if you feel you don’t have time to train at all. We have programmes and exercises that require absolutely no equipment, we have workout methods that take as little as 5 mins, some that require a little more time.

Can you work out during the ad break of your favourite show, or while the kettle boils, you bet you can, we’ll show you how.

Every week we will touch base via email, messenger or Skype to check on your progress, every 3-6 weeks we will update your program to prevent stagnation and keep you on track to meet your goals.

This service puts the ball firmly in your court. The programmes will be put together around the information provided by you and will only succeed if you actually perform the training. If your not a self motivated individual willing to put in the hard yards, then this service is not for you and may be terminated with no refund.

Programmes:

Introductory period, 3 week trial: €39
This gives you the option of trying out the service, and after the 3 weeks, if you’re not happy there is no commitment to continue, if you like it, switch to the monthly package.

Monthly Package: €49
For the cost of a 1 to 1 session with me, you will receive training programmes, advice and support via email. You will have access to videos and pictures demonstrating the various exercises, programme updates every 2-3 weeks, monthly newsletters and advice not only from myself but my associates in the fields of nutrition, injury prevention, time management, a direct email address, so you can guarantee I get all your questions and queries.

6 month serious commitment: €250
Everything you get from the standard monthly package plus the option of a 1 to 1 session with me (or in certain cases an associate) each month included within the package.

What you Get:

Lifestyle questionnaire – You fill this in and return it so we can see your current activity levels and diet, previous exercise experiences and what equipment you have access to, if any. This will serve as a start point for the programme design.

Goal Sheet – You will be asked write down your training goals, short and long term. From this info we can plan your training to best achieve these target in the time span you require.

Equipment – If you have no kit and train at home or are a member of a top of the range gym. No problem, tell us what you have access to and what you prefer to use.

We will keep in touch via a weekly email when I can review your progress and adjust the programme to suit. If you do not keep up with the emails, your subscription maybe cancelled with no refund. I will but in the effort and would ask you to do the same, I will not take your money for nothing.

If you are not making satisfactory progress then we will review the programme.
