“Review of Kettlebell class:
I started the kettlebell class last year after my gym membership expired. I didn’t renew my membership because I was bored with the gym. Weights for 40 minutes or so, followed by cardio, followed by some abs work…yawn!
I took up kettlebells after reading some reviews on the internet. It’s a fantastic class and a killer workout; much better than any gym classes that I’ve ever taken.

Dave (instructor) is very knowledgeable, motivating and most importantly, keeps the class fun. I love the fact that it’s a combination of a strength and cardio workout; no need to do the two separately anymore. It’s very easy to get motivated to go to the class; in fact…it’s highly addictive!

If you’re looking to get fit and build functional strength that you’ll notice in other sporting activities, then be sure to check it out.
