Kettlebell Beginners

A technique focused class open to anyone wanting to train with Kettlebells. This is a beginner level class so no experience or fitness ability is needed to join, simply come along and have a go.
As you progress expect to learn how to use the basic movements to build a strength and fitness base that will allow you to move into th other more advanced sessions.
Each class contains a teaching segment and a workout, everyone is encouraged to work to their own level and gradually push themselves a little more each week.

Class times:
Tuesday 6.30 – 7.15pm
Saturday 12.30 – 1.30pm

Kettlebell Intermediate / Advanced

This is a high intensity class, where all participants are expect to have a high level of motivation and a working knowledge of the basic kettlebell lifts.
If you want to make serious improvements in your strength, fitness and athletic ability, then this may be for you. While the class content varies from week to week, progress is measured by a series of challenge workouts that are performed and recorded at intervals throughout the year.

Thursday 6.30 – 7.30pm

Combat Conditioning

Circuit training taken to the next level.
This class started out as a few fighters looking to improve their strength and endurance for the arena but has quickly become a favorite for any who are looking for a serious challenge.
Training is a mix of heavy lifting and high intensity circuit training. This is an open class, but not suitable for absolute beginners.

Class times: Tuesday 7.15 – 8pm

Lunchtime Fitness

Drop in any lunchtime between 12 and 2pm for a 30 minute fat burning, metabolism stoking, conditioning workout.
These are supervised training sessions, in other words, the workout is written on the wall for you to follow, but I am on hand to ensure you fully understand the drills, work with good form and push yourself each and every time.
For those with more specific needs we can write up a personalised program for you to follow as opposed to the workouts posted up, or you may come in and follow your own training plan as long as it fits in with the atmosphere of the gym.

Training times: Mon – Fri 12-2pm

Boot Camp

Boot Camp, unlike the other classes this must be booked and paid for in advance. It is a 4 week progressive training camp run every monday, Wednesday and friday between 7 and 8am.
