Kettlebell Technique Workshops - Crossfit Causeway, 2nd march
This will be my first Northern Irish workshop since my visit with Steve Cotter last year.
We’ll be covering:
Swing/Clean/Snatch.
We’ll break down the swing as it’s the key point to all KB moves, then take it to the clean where the hand transitions take place under less load and velocity than the snatch which we will finish with.
These are the core kettlebell techniques, anyone who uses a kettle or wishes to use a kettle MUST master these fundamentals.
This will be followed after lunch by:
Long Cycle and Double Kettlebell Work
in this segment the focus will be on the Double swing, double clean, front squats, press/push press and if we have the time, Jerk.
Date: March 2nd,
Times: 1100 – 1600
Location: Crossfit Causeway,
Units F4 & F5, Sperrin Business Park, Ballycastle Road
Coleraine, County Londonderry, BT52 2DH
Cost: €50 / £40
