Hello all,
You may have noticed I’ve not been updating this blog very much over the last week or two, but I assure you i have a very good reason, and have a load of great content to be coming at you very soon.
But first, why no updates?
you may have been aware that my lovely wife was pregnant, well, she’s just given me the wonderful gift of a second son. Alexander was born on Wednesday at 8.10pm weighing in at an impressive 8lb 10oz.
8.10pm, 8lb10oz – cool eh? any numerologists in the audience, there has to be some significance there….
Anyway, Alex and my wife Billie-Jean are both home, happy and well. My first boy, Brandon, who’s coming up for three, is a proud big brother and our 7 month old Black Lab, Rhia, has already taken up the role of protector and guardian.
With all thats been going on, I’ve been neglecting you lot. So here’s a deal….

Other news:
- Steve Cotter has booked his flights and will be at Wild Geese for a two day seminar later this month. If you haven’t booked a place, get in quick before it’s too late.
- BootCamp kicked off again today, this time I’m joining in with the guys as I’ll not have much time to train for the next while. There was a great crew this morning and i think this’ll be the best camp yet. If you want to prove me wrong, come along to the next one…
